This table top device was designed to cut small circles in glass and mirror. The vertical arm that holds the cutting blade slides along a horizontal bar to adjust circle size. The cutting mechanism is lowered and rotated by turning the knob on top.
There is no maker mark.

Painted surfaces are worn, scratched, yellowed and soiled. Though untested, the device would probably still work, though the blade might be dull. |
