One giant sized caster welded to a base so that it is fixed permanently in an upright position. The top platform can be rotated, making this a unique and functional base for displaying a sculpture, potted plant, computer monitor, etc.
Please note the weight (85 pounds) and be aware this is not suitable for setting atop a lightweight desk or table, and that it might cause even a heavily constructed desk or table to tip over if placed at one end.
