Would make a unique party beverage dispenser for a bicycle collector, gasoline service station enthusiast, Dayton history nut or someone named Huffman.
Item	Dispensing bottle in rack, manufactured by the Huffman Manufacturing company of Dayton, Ohio, likely for the gas station trade. Founded in 1924, after divesting its Davis sewing machine interests, Huffman manufactured service station products (promoted as "Trustworthy Tools").  By 1934, bicycles dominated the company's sales, with the U.S. government an important WWII era customer.  Lawnmowers were added in 1949.  The Huffman family made an indelible imprint on the history and economic development of Dayton. It is not known what liquid this bottle was designed to dispense.  Oil or detergent is likely.  Huffman patented a popular nozzle for use with oil drums but had other products not specifically related to oil.  Would be interested in hearing from someone who knows what was dispensed from this bottle. A metal loop near the top was likely used to hold a tool of some type, perhaps a windshield cleaning squeegee.
Composition	One gallon clear glass bottle inverted and suspended in green painted steel frame with bail type steel wire and green painted wood handle, and white porcelain and steel spigot.  Large Huffman Manufacturing Trustworthy Tools Dayton Ohio decal on front.  Small ring at top to hold some type of implement.
Condition	The rubber tube that ran between the bottle and spout has rotted and broken.  Replacing it should not be difficult, probably at a fish aquarium or medical supplier.  No breaks or cracks in the bottle.  As photos indicate, the decal is badly scarred.  The green frame is complete but paint is worn, showing scratching and paint chips.  There is no oily residue but cleaning is advised prior to using for dispensing beverages.
