Condition

 Strong and sturdy.  Multiple coats of old paint, flaking, chipped and scratched.  Milk glass counter top is missing (could be replaced with a steel plate), top cabinet portion is locked and needs clear glass shelves. 

Offered as is.  Add 300-400 to purchase with shelves, a steel plate for counter top, locksmithing to open top portion and overall clear coating to preserve existing paint.
